My name is Vanessa i am 27 years old, i currently live with my parents. i am currently working working for Bupa Care Home in Sidcup just been over a year I've been with them now where i work on the dementia unit. I assist residents with their personal care, assisting at meal times and persuasion in taking part in activities. I enjoy my job and feel happy meeting the needs, wishes and wants of my residents and believe i can give more care to one individual as he/she would have my 100% attention and time.
I am hard working punctual and i know i go over and beyond to satisfy my residents. Not being able to do certain things for oneself can be very frustrating and seeing this saddens me so as their carer i'm happy to fulfill certain requests that are within my strength.
