I have worked in health and social care for more than 12 years, as a support worker, outreach worker and Deputy manager. I am very experienced and want to see how live in care works if I will like it.
Key Achievements:
● Successfully completed all activities within this supported living environment, delivering care and support for a variety of individuals with challenging behaviour including disabilities, ex drug users, autism, head injuries and ex sex offenders
● Played a key role in their daily living, this included providing support with hygiene and medication
● Built and developed excellent internal and external relationships, completing liaison with numerous healthcare professionals including GPs
● Assisted with all risk assessments and care plans as well as delivering additional support to the manager
