I have carers insurance, I'm fully trained in all aspects of care and hold a Care certificate. I have experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinsons and strokes. My duties included personal care, catheter care, mobility,medication and most importantly being a cheerful and helpful companion to my clients .
I also have previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties in a small residential home and unpaid care experience for a family member who suffered from a stroke and cancer. I have experience and training in medication, moving and handling, catheter care, food hygiene, first aid, health and safety and control of hazardous substances.
I enjoy making arts and crafts in my spare time, listening to classical music and reading. I adore animals especially dogs and I love to learn about different cultures and connect with people.
