Experience (and trainings) as Learning Disabilities Support Worker, Support-Worker for Mental Health problems and Brain Injury Support Worker. I am a motivating and encouraging person I encourage people to be as independent as they can. I have very good interpersonal skills. I also find quick solutions to different situations, I have strong leadership skills and I am a problem-solver. I am PEOPLE ORIENTED, people are one of my values in life and one of my strongest motivations in everything I do is to help people. I always act with integrity and I give 120 % in everything I do. When doing a job, my mind will not "steal" the moment but it will capture it and fill it with my best. I am also a quick thinker, an initiator and a supportive leader. I have good mediator skills and I always try to "alleviate" some situations, good organising skills, good strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and ability to consider metacommunication and paralanguage.
