My name is Emmet and I'm a speech and language therapy trainee at UCL. I have some experience working with people with brain injury in rehabilitation and home care. In fact, the reason I have chosen to train as a speech and language therapist is to work with the elderly in order to boost their independence and empower them.
I would describe myself as a caring and outgoing person with a wide variety of interests such as cycling and reading as well as watching TV and socialising. I am also very friendly and love getting to know new people and hear about their life and experience.
I'm 24 years old and come from Ireland.
