I am an organised, hardworking, self-motivated, quietly confident and enthusiastic individual who enjoys being continuously challenged. I enjoy working independently, needing little supervision. I am a naturally caring person, and am at my best when helping others. I have worked in the NHS and Harley Street private healthcare and within my own private practice, as a nutritionist, health and lifestyle fitness consultant and massage therapist.
I have a BSc Hons degree in Nutrition and have run my own clinic for several years as well as working in a self-employed capacity in various clinics and have gained very strong interpersonal skills. I understand the importance of client confidentiality, privacy and dignity and like to help a client remain independent for as long as possible by educating and empowering them as well as gentle prompting.
My hobbies/interests are ballroom and Latin American dancing, gym, rowing, fencing, theatre and reading. I am a reasonable cook, can drive and do not smoke or drink.
I have a current DBS including the online update service.
