Due to my work experience I have attained in the different sectors of work, I consider myself to have gained a lot of skills. I am an understanding person who is sympathetic and pass no judgement to patients. I also have the heart to care for those who are in my care and being a good listener is a natural gift I was born with. I have the ability to work with diverse patients and staff no matter the conditions they are in or their backgrounds. The ability to work with patients for some time also enabled me to be able to interpret body language and stay calm and in control in times of difficult situations. I also hold good skills in assessing what is needed in situations, recommending sensible solutions, and effectively motivating patients to implement in a spirit of collaboration.
