I am a friendly, outgoing individual, with a very caring nature.
I am honest, hardworking, reliable and adaptable.
My back ground has prodominantly been in Sales environments, and the last 9 years I have been Beautician in Spain. I feel these career paths have given me a wealth of knowledge and understanding of people .
Over the past few years I have helped look after my father who has dementia as well as many other challenging issues.
I was a live in carer for an elderly lady with Demential and mobility problems, a position I held from February to November. I have also recently been a livein carer for a lady with MS, which required personal care, hoisting, feeding etc. , and also with a lady with spinal /mobility otiblems,. Prior to this I did a live in placement for 3 weeks with an end of life lady, with cancer and dementia.
I am now, very much committed to the careing industry, and find it very rewarding, sad but truly a worthwhile profession.
I would like to work 1/2 weeks on with similar time off, obviously situations concidered.
I have been trained in demention care, hoist, lifting etc and would welcome the opportununity to speak with employers or family directly. I am very willing to undertake new challenges, and welcome training for particular roles to ensure I am fully prepared for specific or challenging situations.
I would really like to work in Colchester or surrounding area as I live in St Osyths near Clayton On Sea, if domicillary, however, flexible for livin care.
