I worked in education in the UK, then Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East before retraining as a live-in carer which I have been doing since 2013. I have offered general care although I have worked with a dementia client recently. I have also worked with a client who has M.S. and this involved hoisting her from her wheel chair to bed. She had a catheter so I am familiar with this. I have also worked with a client who has suffered paralysis due to a stroke. I am based in Spain but available at short notice to return to the UK for work. I am friendly and caring. I have recently been looking after a couple with vascular dementia but both of them are in hospital hence the reason I am looking for alternative work. I have worked in live-in care for five years now.
