Having worked within the industry for over 9 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for most care roles.
During my career I have had many achievements, including long term service retention by service users, seen them regain their confidence such that they have a better outlook to life, be of a friendly but firm character enough to persuade service users to “come out of their shell”, trustworthiness, etc. I am currently not at work and would relish the opportunity to immediately bring this level of success to the service user's welfare.
