My interests are Social Science and Pyschology, both studied at university level. I did study Person-centred counselling, always with this in mind, truly adhering to these principles, is the way I provide outstanding care.
I have a healthy interest in nutrition, and love to create meals which are healthy and healing. I believe food to be key in maintaining one's health, so I will always produce meals using fresh vegetables only and adding small amounts of animal protein if required. I love to create delicious smoothies with my nutribullet which travels everywhere with me.
