I am writing with reference to your advertisement for want of a worker.
I consider that my qualifications including Level 5 Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care (NCFE), 2013 Level 3 Certificate In The Principles Of End Of Life Care (NCFE), past experience and interest match with your requirements.
Currently I am seeking a job in field of my experience as skilled Live in are Assistant/ PA/Support Worker.
For the last 10 years my job included, but not limited to all aspects of care for different types of Clients –Elderly/ Dementia/ End of Life/ Residential/Young Peoples with learning disabilities/EBD/ Adults, physiotherapy etc.
I’m able to communicate and get along with staff members and able to take direction from the head person. I believe in and follow a high work and ethical standard to always do my best. With my commitment to goal settings, high achievement and integrity in this field I am sure to be valuable person in your establishment.
