I have been working in the Care sector for the last 22years. During those years in care homes working with young adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism, iI have worked with older people some with Demantia or physical disabilities in care homes and I have also have worked in Hospitals. I hold an NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Health and Social Care. I also have administration, support work and management skills, acquired during my years working with homeless men/women in a hostels. I therefore have an understand of accountability and using initiative. I am a responsible hardworking adult with a passion to making a difference to someone. I am looking for new experiences that can offer me job satisafaction and flexibility.
