I am a Female carer with general care experience within Care work, I have no previous experience within live in care. I am looking for work in Scotland

My English language level is Advanced
I have a Full French License
I have care qualifications as a Support Worker and a Leader.
I am highly motivated to work as a part of your team as a home-carer to help people to live happier, healthier and more independent lives at home, whilst ensuring their safety and security.

I worked as a social worker during 7 years in France and I currently work as a support worker with autistic adults displaying challenging behaviour. As a support worker, I have been showing passion and commitment due to my caring and supporting nature. Placing the service user at the core of everything I do, I am committed to offering the best experience from start to finish, and making sure all aspects and areas are the best they can be. I focus my services on providing to the right person the right care in the right place at the right time, with the highest standards of care. I pay a high attention to respect the service users' privacy, their physical and personal independence, their choice and to promote their dignity. Working together with all those involved as part of a team, I communicate effectively with the service users, their family and friends, my work team and other health and social care professionals. I have developed the skills that I will use as a part of your team to answer your expectations. My experience in care and hospitality catering are proof of my interpersonal, practical and organisational skills and of my excellent communication skills, written and oral. My practical skills and my versatility enable me to work using my own initiatives, to be autonomous and to adapt at any time. I have been showing that I am well organized and methodical at work.
