M is a gentleman that lives in the here and now! 

M loves to go to local cafes and eat a yummy cake there. He also likes to go for walks when the sun is shining. He doesn’t like the rain as much but has his own car in which support workers can take him out for lovely drives in. 

M has autism and is supported on a 2:1 basis when he is out accessing the community. This is due to him having High Anxiety States which can lead to challenging behaviour and will therefore need to have support around him. 
M also enjoys relaxing and watching a musical DVD, and enjoys visiting his parents on a regular basis. 

M has very limited verbal communication, but can understand short, direct sentences and requires full support with every aspect of his life.

You will need to be over the age of 21 with a full UK Drivers License to be able to take M out in his mobility car. It would be advantageous to have previous experience within a similar role and be able to demonstrate a caring & empathetic nature. Full training will be given.
