Live-in Personal Assistant

Bluebird Care are seeking experienced Live-in Personal Assistants. Looking for a Live in carer with previous Dementia experience. Needs to be a driver.

Caring for customers in their own homes, you will be supporting them to live in a safe, secure and comfortable way. In addition to companionship, tasks will include cooking and/or meal preparation, housekeeping and laundry. Personal care may also be part of the role.

A Personal Assistant is not on duty 24 hours a day and is afforded time off during the day when their services are not required. They are also not on call throughout the night and are expected to be able to retire once the customer is settled for the night so they are able to commence their duties the following morning.

Essentials for the Role:
- Experience in a similar role, with excellent references
- Genuine care for others
- Good communication skills
- Availability from Monday to Sunday for 2, 3 or up to 8 week’s on/1 week off
